There's some problems with the 3.1 deb:
- it fails to install several dependencies:
- libfoundation-tools
- zope-epoz
- zip
- user ogo isn't created
- /var/lib/opengroupware.org/documents isn't created
- opengroupware.org-environment isn't included, install this to get the rc script etc
