I pulled this rust based project from git, now what?
Try
cargo build
this version of Cargo is older than the `2021` edition, and only supports `2015` and `2018` editions.
Remove the rust package and check out rustup
use `cargo install --path .` instead
No idea why, just do it, it will install to ~/.cargo/bin
